Hi, I’m Lexi Haft
Therapist by training. Human by nature. The heart behind Wellhouse.
If you've ever felt like you're holding it all together on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside, you're exactly in the right place.
I work with individuals and couples who are overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply unsure of how to move forward. Many of my clients are deep feelers, high achievers, and caretakers. People who give so much to everyone else that they've forgotten how to come back to themselves.
Together we'll draw from mindfulness, self compassion, and somatic practices to help you feel more at home in yourself and in your life.

My Story
I started my career in fitness and nutrition, convinced that feeling good in your body was the key to feeling good in your life. I loved watching people light up after a great workout, feel strong in their bodies, and hit goals they never thought possible.
But over time, I began to notice something missing. Even when someone was doing all the “right” things, eating well, moving daily, staying disciplined, they often still felt anxious, unfulfilled, or unsatisfied. The physical progress wasn’t enough to quiet the ache of not feeling good enough.
Without tending to what’s happening on the inside, our emotions, beliefs, and inner voice, we’re left chasing a version of wellness that never quite lands. I saw people doing everything they could to feel better, yet still feeling lost within themselves. I knew that kind of healing needed a different kind of space.
Today, I help individuals and couples slow down, tune in, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. My approach is relational, holistic, and rooted in presence, because true healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about reconnecting with yourself, honoring your full humanity, and creating a life that feels like home.
That’s the heart of my work and the mission behind Wellhouse.
My Approach
RELATIONAL
Healing happens in relationship. I bring my full, authentic self into every session, creating a space where you feel truly safe, seen, and supported. Together we'll explore how your past and present shape the way you relate to yourself and others, building trust, insight, and deeper connection along the way.
HOLISTIC
You are not just a mind or just a body. You are a whole, beautifully complex person. My approach weaves together mindfulness, self compassion, and somatic awareness to support healing that goes beyond the surface and reaches the parts of you that need it most.
EMOTIONS-FOCUSED
Your emotions aren't the problem. They're the messengers. I'll help you slow down, tune in, and get to the root of what you're really feeling beneath the surface. When we learn to honor our emotions, real and lasting change becomes possible.
My Specialties
-
When your mind won't quiet down and your body feels like it's running on empty, it's hard to imagine feeling any other way. Together we'll explore the patterns and triggers keeping you stuck, and build personalized tools to help you feel more grounded, present, and at ease.
-
Your relationship with your body and with food deserves to feel peaceful, not like a constant battle. In a compassionate, weight inclusive space, we'll explore the deeper emotions and experiences that have shaped how you see yourself, and begin building a kinder, more trusting relationship with your body.
-
Relationships have a way of bringing up our deepest fears and oldest patterns. Whether you're navigating conflict, struggling with boundaries, or feeling disconnected from a partner, therapy offers a space to better understand your needs and show up more fully in your relationships.
-
Trauma leaves its mark in ways that aren't always visible but are deeply felt. In our work together, we'll gently explore the impact of your experiences at a pace that always feels safe, moving toward healing that is grounded, empowering, and rooted in compassion.
-
Change can feel destabilizing even when it's a change you chose. Whether you're navigating a breakup, a career shift, a move, or simply a season of uncertainty, therapy can help you process the transition and reconnect with your truest sense of self.
-
Low self worth has a quiet way of shaping everything. Your choices, your relationships, the way you speak to yourself when no one is listening. Together we'll uncover the beliefs that have been holding you back and begin rewriting your story, one rooted in self trust, compassion, and genuine confidence.
