Hi, I'm Lexi and I'm so glad you’re here.
I know what it feels like to be doing all the "right" things and still feel like something is missing. That quiet sense that you're disconnected, overwhelmed, or just not quite yourself.
As a therapist and founder of Wellhouse, I work with individuals and couples (18+) in NYC who are ready to stop just getting through the day and start actually living. Whether you're navigating anxiety, a major life transition, struggles with self worth, or patterns that keep holding you back, you don't have to figure it out alone.
