Therapy for Your Mind, Body & Whole Self

Whole-person therapy for young adults navigating anxiety, relationships, burnout, life transitions, and the pressure to have it all figured out.

You can be doing all the “right” things and still feel anxious, disconnected from yourself, or like something is missing. Wellhouse is a space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and get clearer on what actually feels right for you.

In person in New York City and virtually throughout New York.

Feel at Home From Within

Maybe you’re not doing life wrong.

Most of us get pretty good at becoming who we think we’re supposed to be. We learn how to succeed, keep people happy, make the “right” choices, and stay connected to the people around us.

Over time, the expectations, roles, and ways we learned to adapt can become so familiar that it gets hard to tell what is actually ours and what we learned to carry.

Wellhouse is an invitation to slow down, hear your own voice more clearly, and build a life shaped by what actually matters to you.

Welcome home.

Who I Work With

Maybe life looks fine on paper.

You’re capable, thoughtful, and used to holding it together, but inside you may feel anxious, stuck in your head, unsure of what you want, or like you’re somehow falling behind.

I work with people navigating:

  • Anxiety + overthinking

  • People-pleasing + perfectionism

  • Dating + relationship patterns

  • Self-worth + identity

  • Life transitions

  • Career stress + burnout

  • Body image + disordered eating

  • Trauma + attachment concerns

  • Feeling emotionally disconnected or stuck

Lexi Haft, psychotherapist providing therapy for anxiety, life transitions, and relationship concerns in New York City.

Hi, I’m Lexi

I’m a NYC therapist and the founder of Wellhouse.

I created Wellhouse for people who are tired of being in their heads all the time and want to feel more connected to themselves and their lives.

Therapy with me is a place to slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what’s been shaping you. I take a whole-person approach and look beyond just the problem in front of us.

I show up as a real person in the room, warm, curious, honest, and fully engaged.

The Wellhouse Approach

MIND

Your thoughts shape everything. We explore the thoughts, stories, and patterns running in the background, helping you understand where they came from and decide whether they still fit the life you want to build.

BODY

Your body is always speaking, often before your mind catches up. We notice how stress, emotion, and old patterns show up physically, helping you connect what you know intellectually with what you’re actually experiencing.

WHOLE SELF

You are more than your symptoms or the role you’ve learned to play. We make space for the parts of you that may have gotten quieter over time, helping you reconnect with your voice, your needs, and what actually matters to you.

Ways To Work Together

  • Two women sitting across from each other in a conversation, with a small table and flower vase between them in a bright, elegant room.

    Individual Therapy

1:1 sessions offer a space to understand yourself more deeply, untangle what’s keeping you stuck, and build a life that feels more like yours.

  • Close-up of a man and woman holding hands, the woman wearing a wedding dress, outdoors at sunset.

    Couples Therapy

Couples therapy offers a space to understand the patterns between you, communicate more openly, and feel more connected in your relationship.

  • Support Groups

Support groups offer a warm space to connect with people who get it, share openly, and feel less alone in what you’re going through.

Connection to yourself is the foundation for connection to everything else.

Your relationship with yourself shapes how you move through your emotions, relationships, choices, boundaries, and the life you’re building.

When you can hear yourself more clearly, you have something to come back to.
