Therapy for Your Mind, Body & Whole Self

Holistic therapy for young adults in NYC, in person and virtual.

Connection to yourself is the foundation for connection to everything else. If you're doing all the "right" things and still feel anxious, stuck, or disconnected from who you actually are underneath it all — you don't have to figure it out alone.

Feel at Home From Within

So many of us spend our lives chasing the next goal, the next milestone, the next version of ourselves, hoping that something out there will finally make us feel whole. But the more we look outward, the further we drift from what's within.

Your inner world deserves the same care and attention you give everything else. When you tend to your emotions, your needs, and your truth, you build something no achievement ever could. A foundation that holds you through anything.

Wellhouse is your invitation to slow down, quiet the noise, and come home to yourself.

Welcome home.

Lexi Haft, psychotherapist providing therapy for anxiety, life transitions, and relationship concerns in New York City.

Hi, I'm Lexi and I'm so glad you’re here.

I know what it feels like to be doing all the "right" things and still feel like something is missing. That quiet sense that you’re functioning, but not fully connected to yourself.

As a therapist and founder of Wellhouse, I work with individuals (18+) in NYC who are ready to stop just getting through the day and start actually living. Whether you're navigating anxiety, a major life transition, struggles with self worth, or patterns that keep holding you back, you don't have to figure it out alone.

Together, we’ll get to the root of what’s been keeping you stuck, help you better understand yourself, and build a life that feels more aligned with what matters most to you.

I’m here whenever you are ready.

Who I Work With

I work with young adults and adults in NYC who feel anxious, overwhelmed, hard on themselves, emotionally disconnected, or stuck in painful patterns they don’t quite know how to shift.

I often support clients with:

  • Anxiety and stress

  • People-pleasing and perfectionism

  • Self-esteem and self-worth

  • Body image concerns and disordered eating

  • Life transitions and feeling stuck

  • Career stress and burnout

  • Relationship and dating struggles

  • Trauma and its impact on daily life

  • Emotional disconnection and numbness

Sessions available in person in New York City and virtually.

My Services

  • Two women sitting across from each other in a conversation, with a small table and flower vase between them in a bright, elegant room.

    Individuals

You deserve a space that is entirely yours. 1:1 sessions help you understand yourself more deeply, untangle what's holding you back, and build a life that feels more like yours.

  • Close-up of a man and woman holding hands, the woman wearing a wedding dress, outdoors at sunset.

    Couples

Relationships are hard. Whether you're feeling disconnected or stuck in the same cycles, therapy can help you rebuild communication, heal old wounds, and reconnect with each other.

  • Six women sitting close together in a circle, engaged in a discussion in a bright room with large windows and sheer curtains.

    Support Groups

Heal alongside others who get it. Support groups offer a warm, safe community where you can share, listen, and grow together.

The Wellhouse Approach

MIND

Your thoughts shape everything. We explore the thoughts, stories, and patterns running in the background so you can understand why you feel the way you do and relate to yourself with more clarity and compassion.

BODY

Your body is always speaking, often before your mind catches up. At Wellhouse, we pay attention to how stress, emotion, and old patterns show up physically — so healing isn't just something you understand intellectually, but something you actually feel shift.

WHOLE SELF

You are more than your symptoms or the role you’ve learned to play. Therapy helps you reconnect with your voice, your needs, your values, and the parts of you that may have been pushed aside.
