  • Helps identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. While insight-driven work is central to my approach, CBT tools can offer practical support for coping and change.

  • Balances acceptance with change. DBT skills help you regulate emotions, navigate relationships, and manage distress with more ease and stability.

  • Supports you in letting go of the struggle with difficult thoughts and feelings—so you can live a life more aligned with your values, even in the face of discomfort.

  • We all have different “parts” within us—like the inner critic, the perfectionist, or the part that just wants peace. IFS helps you explore these parts with curiosity and compassion, so you can heal internal conflict and reconnect with your core Self.
