Parentified: A Group For Parentified Adult Children

Together, we’ll explore how parentification shapes relationships, boundaries, self worth, and identity, while building tools for healthier, more balanced ways of relating.

    • Struggle with people-pleasing, guilt, or over-functioning

    • Feel uncomfortable resting, receiving help, or having needs

    • Notice anxiety, resentment, or burnout in relationships

    • Want to understand how childhood roles still show up today

    • Format: Virtual

    • Duration: 8-week cycles, offered on an ongoing basis
